Q: Will you personally be the DJ for our reception?
A: Yes, we handle all weddings ourselves.

Q: What kind of experience and background do you have?
A: I have been in the entertainment industry for 30 years, as a DJ, Sound  Technician, Lighting Technician, Guitarist & Talent Agent.

Q: How many weddings have you performed at?
A: We stopped counting at 100

Q: Will you advertise at my wedding?
A: Absolutely not! We don’t hang any signs, place business cards on the table, or   invite prospective clients to see us in action.  As a matter of fact we never even say who we are. Remember this is your big day and not an advertising opportunity for us.

Q: Have you handled events of my type and size before?
A: Yes, we have done weddings as small as 50 people and as large as 400

Q: Do you also Emcee the reception?
A: Yes, your wedding will get one Emcee and one DJ

Q: How many consultations do you provide in your package price?
A: This is a good question that can only be answered by you. We will stay in   contact with you. We are not the kind of DJ Company that forgets about you once the contract is signed. We will be available for as many consultations you need.

Q: Do you provide an entertainment planner?
A: Yes, we provide a reception planner. However this is not “carved in stone” and can be easily changed to fit your taste

Q: Do you come to my home or business to go over the entertainment planner?
A: Again, what ever works for you?

Q: Do you carry liability insurance?
A: Yes

Q: What time do you arrive to setup your equipment?
A: A general rule of thumb is two hours before the guests are to arrive. We like to be set up and playing soft music by the time the first guests start to arrive.

Q: Hours of service:
A: We provide up to six hours of music

Q: How will you dress?
A: We wear custom made matching tuxedo vests & ties.

Q: Do you provide cocktail/ dinner music?
A: Yes

Q: Do you take requests?
A: Yes, but we handle all requests tastefully

Q: What about certain songs that I do & don’t want played.
A: There are two ways to handle this. The first is to give us a list of the songs. The second way is to look over our online song database where you can pick and choose what songs you may want or don’t want. You can save your session and work on it at your own convenience. Once you are finished you just click a button and it will be sent to us.

Q: Do you provide a wireless microphone for speeches?
A: Yes

Q: Do you bring backup equipment with you?
A: Yes, We replace every piece of equipment once it reaches two years of service and although all of our equipment is less than 2 years old “things can happen” In the rare case of equipment failure we normally can be back up and running again within minutes

Q: Are basic effects lighting included?
A: NO. You get our full light show.

Q: Do you offer lighting and sound upgrades?
A: NO, we don’t like to confuse you with all those different packages to choose from. We feel that you have enough to worry about besides picking out how many lights and speakers you want. You get our complete state of the art sound and light system for one very affordable price.

Q: Do you have a Gobo Light
A: Yes, we were the first DJ company to offer the Gobo light to our clients. We are still the ONLY ones in Pittsburgh who offers it for free.

Q: How many people will cover the event?
A: Every event receives the attention of two DJ’s

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, we ask our clients to sign and return our agreement with a deposit. The deposit amount is deducted from the balance.

Q: May I make partial payments?
A: Again this is up to you.

Q: When is the final payment due?
A: Two weeks prior to your event

Q: What is the overtime charge?
A: $50.00/ half hour
